Pilive Privacy Policy

1. Personal information we collect

Pilive may process Google login information, email address, profile identifiers, names entered by users, birth dates, gender, birth time, birthplace, consultation questions, and consultation usage history to provide the service.

2. How we use information

We use personal information for account creation and login, fortune content, Saju consultation, customer support, service reliability improvements, and prevention of misuse.

3. Google OAuth information

When you use Google sign-in, Pilive may use basic profile information and email address provided by your Google account for authentication. Pilive does not collect or store your Google account password.

4. Retention and deletion

Personal information is retained while you use the service and is deleted when your account is deleted or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled, except where retention is required by law. Deletion requests may be sent to support@ad-i.com.

5. Third-party sharing and processors

Pilive does not sell personal information without consent or a legal requirement. External services may be used as needed for authentication, data storage, advertising, analytics, and infrastructure operations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for your personal information. We process requests after identity verification and service operation review.
